“ I have doordash and picked up here and placed a mobile app order... that being said here's my honest experiences my personal order was basically ready for pickup by the time I made it from my house I just had to get a cooks attention to even be acknowledged... as a DD driver its different... I often times am waiting, its hard to get anyone to even acknowledge you then you're still probably wait a min... I would say tbh as a DD driver the wait is 10+ mins as a actual customer on their app as long as you can talk to a human basically you tell them what's up yk your name and stuff they just the collect it and bag it up (if ya get a shake and I totally do every time lol it might add like 1 min) tbh tho we got 2 meals with upgraded to cheese fries and drinks upgraded to specialty shares we still only paid between 21 and 26$ and the burgers and shakes are worth it at least to me... you can't do that at some competitors and they're not anywhere near as tasty ”

It’s usually a wait in the drive thru line, but it’s worth it! The customer service is always top tier as well! Please don’t let the pressure of long wait times change the way that you provide quality food! The wait is well worth it, and this location is amazing !! The last two meals I purchased were the original steak burger meal and the garlic burger meal. Both were chef’s kiss all because your team takes pride in making quality, fresh food! I try to limit my fast food intake. However, nothing is worse than having a “cheat” day and the food is horrible. That’s why when I’m on the go, my “cheat” meals will always come from Steak ‘n Shake, specifically this Snellville location. THANK YOU!!! ”
“ First time visiting this location. The staff was very nice, and other than not putting lettuce on my burger (had to ask for it once the food was done), the order was correct. The burgers alone didn't taste seasoned, not sure if that's how it always is, but they were perfect once I added a little myself. The restaurant was very clean, and I love how they have the self serve drink area with the cups and everything available at the same spot. ”

But it's nice and nostalgic, ordering our food was easy, and the staff was very nice. I had fun scanning the code on my coupon to get my drink, it was surprisingly novel! Sure, it might be an extra step, but somehow I found it really fun! The fries were delicious, and satisfying to eat, and the double garlic steak burger was divine. It was a little quiet when we first got there, but I think we got there a little while before the lunch crowd was coming in, since things got more lively over time! ”
“ Burger were great, but few mistakes with side. I ordered large cheese frys and as you can see it's not even half and was also supposed to have cheese. and when you call the store it's disconnected. I don't recommend the frys but the onion rings are great. As for my favorite burger it's the garlic steak burger. ”
